Account Deletion Policy

At EscrowZW, we believe you should have full control over your data. This policy outlines how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data, in compliance with data protection best practices and Google Play Store requirements.

Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your active deals must be concluded before you can successfully delete your account.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

You can seamlessly request account deletion directly from the EscrowZW mobile application:

  1. Open the EscrowZW app and tap on the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings.
  3. Tap on the Delete Account button.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your current password to verify your identity.
  5. Confirm the deletion. Your account and personal data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

How to Request Deletion via Web/Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
