• Child Sexual Exploitation (CSAE): Any activity that exploits a child for sexual purposes, including grooming, solicitation, or any form of sexual abuse.

• Content Depicting Minors in a Sexualized Manner: Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors, regardless of whether it constitutes CSAM.

• Illegal Activities: Any content or behavior that violates local, national, or international laws related to child safety.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide clear and accessible channels for users to report any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards. We urge all users to report suspicious activity immediately.

• In-App Reporting: Users can easily report profiles, messages, or content directly within the Cupidxxx app. This feature is prominently displayed and allows for quick submission of concerns.
• Email Reporting: Users can also report concerns via email to our dedicated child safety contact at meloshaya@gmail.com. This channel is monitored 24/7 by our safety team.
• Designated Point of Contact: Our designated point of contact is trained and ready to respond to inquiries regarding our CSAM prevention practices and compliance. This contact person is responsible for liaising with law enforcement and relevant authorities.

All reports are treated with the utmost urgency and confidentiality. Our safety team investigates each report thoroughly and takes appropriate action, which may include content removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement.

Cupidxxx employs a combination of human moderation to detect, review, and remove prohibited content and accounts.

• Reactive Moderation: Our trained human moderators review all reported content and suspicious activity. They are equipped to handle sensitive material and make informed decisions in accordance with our policies.
• Content Removal: Any content identified as CSAM or CSAE-related is immediately removed from our platform.
• Account Termination: Accounts found to be in violation of our child safety standards are permanently terminated.
