How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your BasaGo account and all associated data, please send an email request to our support team. We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

• Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
• Your Full Name
• The Email Address associated with your BasaGo account
• Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve)

Note: Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and proceed with the deletion. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, we will remove your personal information from our active databases. However, we may retain certain information for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our terms of service. Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
